While in St. George we had a Girls Weekend with my moms sisters and their daughters. Not everyone could come and they were missed. But those that did come had a blast! We all brought 12 inch squares so we could make a quilt for my grandma. Or if you are me, my mom brought fabric that I had to make into a square.
The quilt was put together, but it still needs to be quilted. Thats my moms job. My Aunt Paula is a master quilter and helped a TON!
We were all having so much fun, that we didnt take pictures. I know we should have but I didn't think about it. Dang it! My Cousin Emily brought her little boy Amrik, who is about 4 month younger then Q. It was fun to see them play together. Amrik kept trying to kiss and hug Q, Quentin however did not enjoy that, and would stand stiff every time he got a hug. Needless to say Q is not as affectionate as Amrik. Sigh.
We had my mom, Haylie, Emma and myself, Aunt Kaylene, Elizabeth, Emily, Ashley, Aunt Paula, and Holly. We did a favorite things gift exchange which was a blast! We also stayed up till the wee hours of the morning talking.

Since Eric's parents were still in town, Eric and his parents watched Q during the day so I could have a break. It was awesome!
I hope we get to do a Girls Weekend every year. We all live in different states and rarely get to see each other that it was so nice to have one weekend devoted to spending time with family.
