I cant believe I am actually going to blog about something that just happened! It seems I am usually a month or 2 late.

Both families spend Thanksgiving in St. George. We love it! I went early to hang out with my family since they were getting there before Erics. We had so much fun! As a warning this is photo overload.
We had an early morning flight. He loved the fish on the floor. We walked around and found all of them. Did you know some of the fish have luggage?
Q was in heaven! He loved watching all the trucks and airplanes!
He had to show his little monkey Pete.
Q is such a cute cousin. Sadly Ellie isn't old enough to enjoy all the sharing Q does. Ellie was on the floor and Q came over to share his cereal. We had turned out backs for 2 seconds and next thing I see Ellie has Cherrios all over her face, and in her hair. Some had made it to her mouth. Luckily she didn't swallow any. But he still thought she would enjoy them!
Grandpa had gone to the store to buy the Lightening McQueen chair for Q, but all he wanted to do was cuddle with Grandpa!
That afternoon we went and hiked Snow Canyon with my Uncle Jon and my cousin J.
 One of my favorite pictures!
It was SOO windy! Q was worried he would get blown off Grandpa.
My Aunt and Uncle have 3 dogs, and Q kept trying to go in the doggie door. He is trying to get their attention.
Now he is instructing them how to use the door.

My piano had to be tuned and fixed while we were there. I have never seen a piano taken apart! Its so beautiful!
We were saying a prayer, and I couldn't help capture this sweet moment with Q and my mom. This is how he always prays. One arm folded the other.
We also threw my cousin a baby shower! She is having a little girl and we had the best shower! Look how cute the cupcakes are!

We made her a basket of all our favorite baby items!
Thanksgiving we were at my parents house.
My mom made her world famous rolls! They were to die for as usual.
 Our Turkey.
With Eric's family we went and hiked Dixie Rock. Prepare yourself for some cute pictures!

He didn't want any help climbing rocks or walking around. There were some steep cliffs so we were all a little worried. But he wanted to do it alone.

He kept calling for the water.
Our flight home was at 1035 PM. It was 45 minutes delayed. We didn't end up getting home till 3:30am. SO early!!  But we were so sad to leave! If only we could have stayed longer. We are already planning a trip when Eric is on Spring Break.

Weight: 22.4 pounds - 2%
Length: 32.5 inches
Clothing Size: 12-18 months

Sleep: We are down to 1 nap a day which is upsetting. I really liked having 2 naps! It was great for working and getting things done around the house. His nap is around 1 pm 2 pm and usually lasts for about 2 - 2.5 hours. He sleeps through the night! Usually he goes to bed at 7:30 pm and wakes up around 8 am. Its fabulous!

I Love...: Cars, Planes, Trains. Anything that moves. He will watch the garbage truck pick up the trash, and is always pointing out all the cars and buses when we are driving. His favorite toys are his trucks and airplanes.  He also loves running. He will run up and down our hallway. He likes to race, so he will yell GO! Then run down the hall. He also LOVES wrestling and tickling other people. Its great that dad and both grandpas are great at wrestling. MCDONALDS! He loves Chicken and walks into McDonald's saying "chicken chicken!"

I Hate...: Being told no,
Food: He is still highly allergic to Milk, Beef, Peanuts and Eggs. So a normal food day Oatmeal with Soy Milk Yogurt for breakfast. Ham and Fruit for lunch. Nuggets for Dinner. Snacks can be animal crackers, an Oreo, Juice. He eats Chicken a lot.

Other facts: He is great at picking up toys and throwing things away. He will take things to the trash for me and throws his diapers away. Its cute. It seems every day he has learned more and more words. He is usually a great kid, he always wants to play and rarely has to sit on time out. He does run everywhere we go, so you better be wearing running shoes. He loves love loves Nursery. As soon as we get to church he is trying to get there and doesn't even look back when we drop him off. He is also going to be a great cousin and will get Emma anytime Ellie is crying.
October has been one of the craziest months this year. Work has been busy, Q has been sick, Eric is back at school full time and has 2 part time jobs. So its just busy. So here is whats going on lately. At least that I have pictures to document.

Q spent the night in the hospital. He woke up one morning struggling to breath and turned really scared and frantic about it. I couldn't get him to stop crying, so I took him to the ER since he eventually was only gasping for breathe. The ER said he wasn't moving any air around. Turns out he had RSV which lead to a severe Asthma attack. They couldnt seem to get it under control, so they wanted to monitor him longer.

He is better now, but they will monitor him all winter long.
We thought Q would enjoy playing Garage Band. So up at Eric's parents we played it one night for fun. He totally had a blast playing the guitar and the drums. We then played Wipe Out, and he jumped around the entire time. Fun Family activties.
Emma had her baby! Q has a cousin! This is us at the airport because he LOVES airplanes waiting for Emma's mom to fly in.

Baby Ellie. Shes adorable!

Q was a Football Player for Halloween, complete with knee pads.  He was pretty excited.
Q on his birthday holding baby Ellie. He is going to be a good cousin.
Took him swimming on his birthday. He is one of the bravest kids i know. He kept jumping off the edge of the pool into Eric's hands, and eventually he didn't need to hold hands to do it. And he would dunk his head under the water too. Guess we will be swimming A LOT next summer!
Eric and I went to the UW vs ASU football game Saturday night. We braved the wind and rain, only to return to our apartment and find it without power. This is obviously a before picture. We didn't get soaked like I thought. But we had a ton of fun.
Q got a bike for his birthday. We have him ride it inside since it is so cold outside right now. He loves it.
Music appreciating can never start too early!
Fishing is a very serious job.
My parents moved to California. I have been pretending they have been on vacation, so I haven't been able to see them. That helps more then thinking they have moved. Between me going there or my mom coming here I get to see them at least once a month. :)

At the end of August, Q and I headed down to California. Q was pumped.

We got our own row. He wanted to review all the safety precautions and know where the emergency exits were before we left.

Reunited and it feels so good!

We went and visited my cousin who lives about 1.5 hours away. She had this dragon tail, and he loved it! He cried when we took it off to go home.

Anytime we had to get in the car, he wanted to sit in the front seat.

On Saturday we headed to Monterrey. It was GORGEOUS! We were hoping to see Sea Lions, but apparently they were out swimming.

First time in the ocean! He didn't really love the waves. I think the sound and the fact that the water comes in and out worried him.
He did like to watch it though. We were waiting for our Ice Cream.
He thinks he is seriously the funniest guy around. He makes this face all day long.
You cant really see it, but there is the 12th man flag on this yacht. Seahawk fans are everywhere!
Getting the car washed and feeding the fish. He thought this was awesome!

Stopped at a fruit stand on the way home and got the most delicious strawberries I had ever had! So we had to make jam!

Met Jerry Rice at the airport! You never know who you meet in California!

Wish this had been our plane going home! Go Russell!!
