We both couldn't believe that we saw this. We were laughing a lot. So Friday we checked and were exhausted from traveling, and found the BYU basketball game being broadcast on the internet. It made our night. Saturday we had a bunch of appointments to look at apartments. We also drove around looking for nice looking apartment locations that we hadn't seen online. I think the biggest shocker to Eric and I, was that a place could look SUPER nice on the outside, and be SCUM on the inside. It was really disappointing. After the appointments were over, we went back to the Hotel, to get lunch and watch the BYU basketball game vs San Diego State. In the process Eric got the flu, fever and all. AND we lost. Luckily we were also watching the Washington basketball game, and that lifted our spirits.
Sunday, we found our new place. We had seen this condo online, and had really crossed and fingers and prayed that it would work out. Its 7 minutes away from Erics work, its in the price range we wanted, and it had the layout we liked. We walked through the model, filled out our applications, and hopefully we will hear back later this week if we were approved! I will post pictures of it, if we get the call saying we were approved.
We are now sitting in the Phoenix airport, just waiting for our flight back to SLC. Now all we need to do, is start packing our apartment. Eric graduates April 22nd, and he starts working with Epic on May 2nd. So let the countdown begin. (38 days till graduation) We will hire a company to move us, Epic pays for relocation, gotta love it! Its so nice to be able to say where we will be living and to have a plan. We are both really excited to start this new chapter of your life!
